CareGuru is the result of the dedication and passion of Dr. Laxmi Sannala, a resident of California. 	Health Checks: Currently we provide our health checks in 6 locations in AP alone namely, Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijaywada, Guntur, Nellore and Khammam. There locations are called service locations. You could select any location closest to where your loved ones stay.
	Customized Services: Customized services are also provided currently in the 6 locations in AP only.
	Insurance Services: When you buy insurance, we could get them delivered to your doorstep in around 268 locations in different parts of India.

Shortly we plan to extend our services for health checks at these locations. Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Mangalore, Mumbai, Jalandhar, Delhi, Jamshedpur, Kolkatta, Pune, Chandigarh, Noida.

Please keep in mind that we are not an Insurance company. But we do offer Insurance products from Companies like Cholamandalam, ICICI, PSU etc as part of our packages. So if you purchase a combination packages which come with Insurance, you automatically cover your Beneficiary for Hospitalization , thru Insurance.

Yes, We have designed 3 packages to cover health checks with insurance. These are CareGuru Comprehensive + 3L, 4L & 5L for your male beneficiary and Well Woman + 3L, 4L & 5L for female beneficiaries. All these packages give you a choice to pick any insurance plan & company; you would like to cover your loved ones.

You are entitled to two 30-minute consultations with an expert physician who will address issues of concern. You will have to give us a convenient date and time to call and our Executive will set this conversation up for you. If you still would like to talk further, you could contact our service team and they would assist you in reaching out to a physician or doctor of your choice.

We could arrange for advanced care and hospitalization for various faculties in our partner hospital. We could help you get access to the best medical facilities available with them. However payment for all such treatment, medication and hospitalization will have to be settled by you directly at the hospital in cases of emergency. This is due to the urgency involved in several medical situations and does not allow CareGuru process the payment in timely manner. CareGuru will be able to provide any help in terms of information and coordination as part of our customized service.

Yes, but we could only be of little help in terms of emergency. We will provide your parents with numbers they can call like hospital Emergency numbers of good hospitals in the area and also some other information. Alternately, your parents can show their CareGuru ID card and get admitted to for treatment at any of our partner locations and then contact us. We would intimate and help you get access to the best medical facilities available with them. However payment all such treatment, medication and hospitalization will have to be settled by you directly at the hospital or thru Careguru Customized services when time permits.

We offer such services as Customized Services. Please send us a request and we would get back to you with the options available and the cost for such services.

As of today Insurance underwriters in India do not provide cover for pre-existing diseases, more so if your parents are above the age of 60. You would have to pay for the checks but we would help you with the hospitalization process and keep you posted on your parents' health.

You could select any location closest to where your loved ones stay. Our support team will take over from there and ensure that you get the best possible service.

This is one of the unique features of our service. CareGuru Executive handholds your beneficiary through the complete check process, collects the reports from all the departments concerned and also arranges for a doctor's consultation after the reports are ready. What more? CareGuru Executive also arranges for Breakfast and Lunch for your executive on the day of the check as your beneficiary would require to come on an empty stomach for the preliminary set of tests.

CareGuru executive fixes an appointment with the hospital for the check and sends a kit that contains, apart from precautions to be taken prior to check, the date, time and venue to report. If you have booked a cab pick-up for them on the day of check, then the same will be arranged by the CareGuru Executive to pick up your beneficiary at the appointed time and drop off after completion of all the tests and doctor's consultation.
