Health Check with Insurance - How it works

You buy a Health Check Package with Insurance online. CareGuru's friendly Executive contacts your beneficiary, explains the plan, and requests suitable dates for Health Check.

CareGuru's support staff fixes an appointment at hospital and an Executive calls up your beneficiary to reconfirm date of Health Check.

CareGuru's team sends your beneficiary a kit explaining the tests that will be performed and the precautions to be taken prior to test.

CareGuru's friendly Executive handholds your beneficiary through the tests on the appointed day and arranges for a doctors' consultation on same day. He also takes your beneficiary's signature on the insurance " Proposal Form ".

The proposal form along with the Health Check reports are sent to the Insurance underwriter. Results of the Health Check are posted on our secure website within 3 working days for you to view, making it easier to get a second opinion from any other doctor of your choice.

We deliver the document to your Loved ones within 20 days after signing the “Insurance proposal” (Application). We will also explain all the details like claim process etc. We will provide them with some handy documents like numbers to call in case of emergency, good hospitals and doctors that are on the insurance network etc.

We send you an email confirming that Policy document has been delivered to your beneficiary. We will also email the same handy documents that we gave your beneficiary.

Follow up check is conducted after 6 months while taking in consideration your beneficiary's convenience and appointment at hospital and the results posted on our secure website within 3 working days of completion of check.
